All our products are made to order based on the measurements and specifications provided by you.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all measurements are correct before placing an order. We are not liable for errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

3.2 Order Acceptance

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase our Products in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. In the event we decline an order, any payment made will be fully refunded.

3.3 Cancellations & Changes

Orders may be cancelled or amended within 24 hours of placement. After this period, production commences, and cancellations or changes will not be accepted except in cases of a manufacturing fault.

All prices are quoted in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Prices for custom-made products may vary based on specifications and additional options.

4.2 Payment

Payment must be made at the time of placing an order via the payment methods available on our Website.

Your payment will be processed securely. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not successfully received.

  1. Delivery and Shipping

Processing Time: All products are made to order. Please allow 7–10 working days for production before dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes (After Dispatch):

UK Standard Delivery: 2–3 working days (£8.95)

UK Express Delivery: Next working day (£14.95)

International Shipping: Available on request; additional charges may apply.

We use DPD as our delivery partner. Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

  1. Refunds, Returns, and Remedies

6.1 Custom-Made Products

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if errors in measurements are provided by the customer.

6.2 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@directcurtainsltd.co.uk.

Upon review, if a fault is confirmed, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Any return shipping costs in these circumstances will be covered by us.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for non-faulty, custom-made items due to the nature of the production process.
